Warehouse Pickup
Local customers in the Pomona / Inland Empire area may qualify for order pickup instead of shipping. To arrange:
- Place your order online
- Email support@otiqver.com with your order number and "PICKUP REQUEST" in the subject line
- We confirm availability and schedule a pickup window
- Bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation
Pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of notification.
