These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of otiqver.com and any purchase made from OTIQVER. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website.
OTIQVER is operated by HONG KONG VAICOTK ENERGY TRADING LIMITED, a Hong Kong company, fulfilling orders from Pomona, California, USA.
2. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to hazmat transportation regulations).

Product specifications — including capacity, dimensions, weight, cycle life, and operating temperature ranges — are provided in good faith based on manufacturer data. Battery capacity is measured under standard test conditions (25°C / 77°F, 0.5C discharge rate) and may vary with temperature, load, and age.
5. Products and Safe Use
LiFePO4 batteries are regulated goods for transport in the United States. By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are receiving delivery at a physical street address within the contiguous 48 states (we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations)
- You will use the product in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and the charging instructions in the user manual
- You understand that charging a LiFePO4 battery below 32°F (0°C) causes permanent, irreversible damage to the cells, and that such damage is not covered under warranty
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
6. Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

LiFePO4 batteries carry inherent risks if misused, including fire, thermal runaway, and property damage. You are responsible for proper installation, charging, and use in accordance with the product manual. OTIQVER is not liable for damage resulting from misuse, improper charging (including charging below 32°F / 0°C), unauthorized modification, or use outside specified voltage, current, and temperature limits.
In no case shall OTIQVER, HONG KONG VAICOTK ENERGY TRADING LIMITED, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service.
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability in such states shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
